Strategic Alliance Solutions LLC JV,* of Fairfax, Virginia, is being awarded a competitive cost-plus-fixed-fee level-of-effort contract with a total value of $203,869,911. Under this new contract, Strategic Alliance Solutions (SAS) will provide support to the MDA TEAMS-Next FLE (Missile Defense Agency Technical, Engineering, Advisory & Management Services Forward Logistics Element.)

Contract Includes a Comprehensive Range of Services

SAS support services will include development, planning, oversight of the facility maintenance, oversight for repair, alteration projects of real property, support of facilities life-cycle management, building operations planning, move coordination, space management, and environmental management.

The work will be performed in Redstone Arsenal, Alabama; Clear Space Force Station, Alaska; Ft. Greely, Alaska; Vandenberg Space Force Base, California; Colorado Springs, Colorado; Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii; Pacific Missile Range Facility, Hawaii; Kirkland Air Force Base, New Mexico; Ft. Bliss, Texas; Dahlgren, Virginia; Ft. Belvoir, Virginia; and Wake Island.

The contract’s performance period commences in June 2022 and concludes in December 2027. This contract was competitively procured via publication on the SAM.gov website with six proposals received. Fiscal 2022 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $5,961,247 are being obligated on this award. The Missile Defense Agency, Huntsville, Alabama, is the contracting activity (HQ0858-22-C-0004).

BCF Upgrades Security & Surveillance at Edwards AFB Sterling, VA

(August 4, 2016) – BCF recently won a $7m task to replace the security system on a classified facility at the Air Force Test Center on Edwards Air Force Base in southern Califonia. The task involves the replacement of cameras, sensors, fencing, lighting, as well as the command and control system. This task was awarded under our prime Force Protection Site Security Systems (FPS3) contract vehicle supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/Program Executive Office for Battle Management. The work on for this ongoing effort involves the application of security systems beyond the physical perimeter of the base to the area of influence and interest. It includes the integrated use of tactics, techniques, procedures, and technology, as well as area intrusion detection, access control, alarm assessment and reporting, integrated command and control and display, delay and denial.
